終于看完從去年就夢寐以求的電影『潛水鐘與蝴蝶』。

心情似故事主人翁 Jean-Dominique Bauby 形容的軀體，

如在水面下的潛水鐘，

往水底一再下沉、下沉。

軀體被罩在潛水鐘裏，動彈不得，

思緒卻蝴蝶一樣可以自由飛翔到想象的國度。

他寫下多麼光明的文字：

My diving bell becomes less oppressive,

and my mind takes flight like a butterfly.

There is so much to do.

You can wander off in space or in time,

set out for Tierra del Fuego or for King Midas's court.

You can visit the woman you love, slide down beside her and stroke her still-sleeping face.

You can build castles in Spain, steal the Golden Fleece, discover Atlantis, realize your childhood dreams and adult ambitions.

然而，『潛水鐘與蝴蝶』一書出版後的第十天，

Jean-Dominique Bauby 終究像一棵萎靡腐爛的蔬菜那樣，

歸于泥土。

 

這些日子看的『Transporter 3』與這部『潛水鐘與蝴蝶』，

都是法籍名導盧貝松制作。

我越發敬重盧貝松的法式浪漫與深情，

那是一般好萊塢導演所欠缺的。
