今早終於得到回音

酒店的GM寫信還與我道歉

這間酒店算是有良心!!

Dear Mr. See,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us following the unfortunate experience you have encountered in our lobby, in the

early morning of May 1, 2008.

It is with concern that I have read your comments about the unsatisfactory manner in which your friends and yourself were

treated. Please allow me to take this opportunity and extend to you my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please rest assured that I have personally investigated this matter with the key personnel involved. The cleaning lady

is an old employee of our hotel and sounds rough when she talks. Also by law we are not allowed to serve alcoholic beverages

in our lobby area after 2:00 A.M.; except for our club PULSE where our license allows us to serve alcohol up to 3:00 A.M.

Mr. See, I am sorry for the misunderstanding and my staff were reminded to handle any guest's enquiry or concern with a

more friendly and gracious manner.

  3. 有一香港人说过大马完全没有投诉文化,我觉得现在社会那些服务业会越来越糟糕其实我们是必须负上责任的,因为我们都没有因为不满而做出投诉。
